Welcome to vWorka, operated by VWORKA TECHNOLOGIES. By using our platform at vworka.com, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. About vWorka

vWorka is an online marketplace that connects blue-collar workers with employers in Lagos, Nigeria. We facilitate job postings, applications, and hiring but we are not an employer and do not employ any workers on our platform. vWorka is not responsible for hiring outcomes and does not guarantee job placements for workers or successful hires for employers.

2. Eligibility

•You must be at least 18 years old to use vWorka

•You must be based in Lagos, Nigeria

•You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account

3. Worker Terms

•Free to register and apply to jobs — no hidden fees

•Workers must provide accurate work history, skills and guarantor information

•Providing false information will result in immediate account suspension

•Workers must attend interviews they have accepted or notify the employer in advance

•Missing interviews without notice will reduce your reliability score

4. Employer Terms

•Free to post jobs

•Free to browse CVs

•Employers must post real, legitimate job openings only

•Your first 2 jobs each get 2 free interview invites

•After your free invites are used, each additional invite costs ₦2,500, deducted from your wallet

•Invites are non-refundable once sent

5. Payments and Refunds

•All payments are in Nigerian Naira (₦)

•Wallet top-ups are processed securely through Paystack

•Wallet funds can only be used to pay for interview invites — they cannot be withdrawn as cash

•Invites are non-refundable once sent

•In case of payment disputes contact us within 7 days at vworka.business@gmail.com

6. Prohibited Activities

•Creating fake accounts or impersonating others

•Posting false or misleading job listings

•Harassing, threatening or abusing other users

•Attempting to bypass the payment system

7. Account Suspension

vWorka reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Suspended users will be notified by our team.
