Welcome to vWorka, operated by VWORKA TECHNOLOGIES. By using our platform — via WhatsApp or at vworka.com — you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. About vWorka

vWorka is a WhatsApp-native marketplace that connects blue and grey-collar workers with employers and recruitment agencies in Lagos, Nigeria. Registration, job posting, applying, screening, and hiring communication all happen through our WhatsApp number — this website is limited to browsing public job listings, employer identity verification, and admin functions. We facilitate introductions between workers and employers but we are not an employer ourselves and do not employ any worker on the platform. We do not guarantee job placements for workers or successful hires for employers.

2. Eligibility

•You must be at least 18 years old to use vWorka

•You must be based in Lagos, Nigeria

•You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering

3. Worker Terms

•Free to register, browse jobs, apply, and receive job alerts — no fees, ever

•Workers must provide accurate work history, skills, and guarantor information

•Providing false information may result in account suspension

•Your address is collected the first time you apply to a job and reused after — you can update it anytime by messaging UPDATE ADDRESS

•You can opt out of weekly job alert messages anytime by replying STOP, and back in with START

4. Employer & Agency Terms

•Your first 3 job posts are completely free, with full application delivery

•After that, posting requires an active plan — posting itself is unlimited on any paid plan; plans differ by monthly WhatsApp notification credit allowance

•Employer plans: Basic ₦5,000/month (15 credits), Growth ₦10,000/month (30 credits), Pro ₦20,000/month (60 credits)

•Agency plans: Starter ₦15,000/month (100 credits), Growth ₦30,000/month (200 credits), Pro ₦50,000/month (500 credits)

•Paid plans activate after successful payment; document-based employer KYC is no longer required for job posting

•Agencies must disclose their placement fee percentage upfront — it is shown to applicants before they apply

•Employers and agencies must post real, legitimate job openings only

•Plans do not renew automatically — you'll get a reminder before expiry, and posting pauses if your plan lapses

5. Payments and Refunds

•All payments are in Nigerian Naira (₦), processed securely through Paystack (card, bank transfer, or USSD)

•Plans are a one-time 30-day pass, not a recurring subscription — no card is charged automatically at renewal

•Plan payments are non-refundable once your account is verified and posting is active

•In case of payment disputes, contact us within 7 days at vworka.business@gmail.com

6. Prohibited Activities

•Creating fake accounts or impersonating others

•Posting false or misleading job listings

•Sharing personal contact information (phone numbers, social handles, etc.) inside job descriptions or screening questions, to route around the platform

•Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users

•Attempting to bypass identity verification or the payment system

7. Account Suspension

vWorka reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Suspended users will be notified.
